Canetani Vacation Properties is a small, family run charitable organization that generates its income entirely from the vacation rental properties in the program. 100% of the income from these properties goes to charitable causes, focusing on affordable housing (Habitat for Humanity), diabetes research, third world education and economic development and environmental causes. Due to the hard work of our partners and having wonderful guests, we expect to contribute $100,000 to these causes in 2022, raising our total contributions since our inception in 2011 to almost $1,000,000.
