1Canetani is a small charitable organization that generates its income entirely from rental properties in the program. 100% of the income from these properties goes to charitable causes, focusing on disaster relief (Red Cross), affordable housing (Habitat for Humanity), third world education and economic development and environmental causes. We expect to donate $100,000 in 2022 from these properties, raising our total contributions since our inception in 2011 to almost $1,000,000.   Thanks to everyone for helping us make this happen.
